Last month’s solution Lincolnshire Today’s guide to the astro month ahead... Aries Mar 21 - Apr 20 Huge changes in the workplace look likely that could result in you benefiting in several ways – including having more money in your pocket. A romantic encounter with someone extremely bubbly will almost certainly have you hooked! Taurus Apr 21 - May 21 Avoid committing yourself to anything without a realistic escape route to fall back on. People aren’t always what they seem at first meeting, so even though you are in the mood for fun and excitement, it’s also important you err on the side of caution. Gemini May 22 - June 21 Recent worries concerning a loved one will begin to ease. Close friends will rally around with social invitations and offers of support, especially if they have known the strain you have been under during recent times. Cancer Jun 22 - Jul 23 Hot gossip relating to a person you are not overly keen on will not come as any great surprise. A challenging situation at work will require all your canniness and wisdom to manipulate a negative situation into a productive positive one. Leo Jul 24 - Aug 23 You’re hot and your powers of attraction have never been stronger. Though you may feel in two minds, you are prepared to go at things at a gallop. If someone doesn’t like the answer you give them, they shouldn’t ask the question in the first place. Virgo Aug 24 - Sep 23 A wonderful surprise will lift your spirits as you may receive news regarding something that will serve to change the course of your life. Believe it or not, you’re on the verge of a major breakthrough in both your career and personal life. Libra Sep 24 - Oct 23 Seems someone or something out there has been listening to your plight and is now ready to answer your prayers. Invitations will arrive from the unlikeliest sources indicating that you will have several opportunities to meet new people. Scorpio Oct 24 - Nov 22 Now you have made your presence felt, it’s unlikely that people will take advantage of your generosity nor overstep the mark. Once someone has shown their true colours, you dismiss them without any further consideration. Sagittarius Nov 23 - Dec 21 To the outside world you are behaving as though you do not have a care in the world, but the truth is a different matter. A romantic encounter with someone classy will appeal to your nature as you are easily impressed with dramatic types. Capricorn Dec 22 - Jan 20 Family disputes will surface just when you thought the coast was clear. Socially and professionally you are getting better in sorting out the wheat from the chaff, so there is little chance of anyone becoming a hanger on as you don’t suffer fools gladly. Aquarius Jan 21 - Feb 19 Be on red alert because someone will reappear from nowhere, probably because they have found themselves alone, believing that you will fall for their sob story. A few home truths will soon sort this situation out. Pisces Feb 20 - Mar 20 Prepare yourself for a rollercoaster of a time. Dramatic developments in your personal life result in you conniving with a trusted friend because you need to find out exactly what has been going on. Discoveries will be made sooner than expected. Belonging to the politician and journalist Herbert Ingram, from Boston, Lincolnshire, the pocket watch will be put on display in his home town more than 30 years after it was discovered at the bottom of a lake in Illinois in 1992. Ingram was sailing on the Lady Elgin when a severe storm broke out on 8 September 1860. Colliding with another ship, Ingram was among around 300 people who died. Considered the father of pictorial journalism, and a prominent figure working for the betterment of Boston, a statue of Ingram still stands in the town today. A 300-mile journey A brother and sister from Cornwall have been reunited with a childhood photo of themselves after it resurfaced more than 300 miles away in a Lincolnshire charity shop. Chris and Jade’s decades-old school photo was discovered in an Age UK shop in Boston and posted on a Facebook group for unique charity shop finds. Tagged by someone she had gone to school with, Jade told the BBC she “couldn’t believe it,” adding “it was the most bizarre thing.” Though the siblings do not know how the picture ended up hundreds of miles away, it is suspected the photo with its frame may have been donated by a member of the family. watercooler 74 LINCOLNSHIRE TODAY LincolnshireToday @lincstoday lincolnshiretoday.net Have we missed anything? Send your rib-ticklers to t.egginton@blmgroup.co.uk By the Python predicament Making an unexpected appearance in the English countryside, a quartet of gigantic snakes have been captured in North Lincolnshire…with police warning that one may still be on the loose. The reticulated pythons — the world’s longest species of snake — were found in Twigmoor and Cleatham, with one of the reptiles, suspected to be abandoned pets, found in Manton measuring 18ft. While these non-venomous snakes would not attack people unless they felt threatened, the public have been given the wise advice to not try and catch the remaining snake themselves and instead call the police if they see it. © stock.adobe.com/Lana Milanovic © stock.adobe.com/Spice Footage © stock.adobe.com/amnarj2006Byyourside then, nowand inthefuture Learn about our free Will Writing Service at ambucopter.org.uk/will Ourfirsthelicopter,1994 LNAACT REG CHARITY 1017501 Neale Court Care Home Residential, Dementia, Respite Care Our home has been refurbished and extended, whilst still retaining a warm family atmosphere.
