And now, Cyden Homes have reflected on the architectural importance of Louthin launching their award-winning homes in both the town and the neighbouringvillage of Legbourne. Unlike many builders, Cyden Homes pride themselves on the intrinsic quality oftheir homes and the space created both within their homes and around theirdevelopments. Wherever realistically possible, they use local trades and localmaterial suppliers to help support local economies. The Folds in Legbourne will be a small development of just thirteen 3, 4 & 5bedroom houses and two 2 bedroom semi-detached bungalows. The Park, on Eastfield Road to the eastern outskirts of Louth, is an idyllic setting for a wide selection of contemporary 2, 3 & 4 bedroomhomes with a superb specification. For more information, visit www.cydenhomes.co.uk.ensure there’s good reason to pay a visit.Much of this is thanks to the hard workof the Louth Town Partnership, who workhard to maintain the fabulous village-styleatmosphere. In recent years, for example, when shops have fallen empty, the teamhave filled the gaps with photos andimages of Louth in the past, and invitedvisitors to pass on their memories of thetown to be displayed – a simple touchbut one which makes the place look thatlittle bit brighter. The Georgian and Victorianarchitecture give the town much of itsdistinctive character, particularly itsbackstreets nestling chocolatiers andtraditional sweetshops. For locals, however, there’s no shortage of clubs andsocieties to get stuck into.
