Planking, which is an isometric core strength exercise,involves participants maintaining a difficult position forextended periods of time. David opted for the ‘front plank’whereby his body weight was borne on his forearms, elbows,and toes. David says, “I’m absolutely ecstatic! Regardless of whetherthe new time is recognised by Guinness World Records I havemanaged to raise well over £800 so I think that’s a pretty goodresult.
