This monthwe catch up with Stephen Binder,Manager of Lincolnshire’s prolificproperty experts, Fine and Country. Theuninitiated oftenperceiveLincolnshire tobe a flat countywith little reliefand whilst thereare largesections ofFenland thereare also somebeautiful elevated areas typified by the Cliff Villages and Wolds. From these vantage points there are some outstanding views andvery popular settlements. Indeed our new Lincolnshire Office isbased at Navenby which is a thriving Cliff village with a strongsense of community and all necessary amenities close at handwhilst both Lincoln and Grantham are an easy car or bus journeyaway. It’s great to be able to park outside without the rush hourstresses of battling into town. If walking is your thing The VikingWay is not many strides away and offers some really outstandingwalks along the Cliff. All of this, some fantastic local schools andproperty prices that compare very favourably with the nationalpicture.
